Color problem with "black color"

i’m not good with English. i hope you understand what i’m trying to explain.

my black color in my work not "totally black"

tested by create new document(with no color profile assign) and change workspace background to "black"

then i use paint bucket tool with black color(rbg = 000) paint my layer.

after that i see my black in document color doesn’t same as workspace black.(it more brightly and brown)

checked my color setting and i set to monitor color.

and about "adobe gamma" i didn’t find it in my control panel.(vista 64bit) i’m sure this because i reinstall my vista(overwrite) and reinstall cs3 after that.(i used cs3 cleaner)

Seems like I read somewhere that Adobe Gamma is not longer included with CS3.
