Can’t open Multiple documents in CS2

I have CS2 running on XP with a Wacom tablet. For some reason, I cannot view multiple documents in Photoshop. They are open and show as such in the Windows dropdown, but impossible to use the ‘drag and drop’ option’. Do I have to reset something, preferences? How do I do this?
