How do I turn off online help. I have a slow internet and every time I click help I have to wait till it downloads the help screen from the web. I want to set the program so it only goes to the application help. I do not want to shut off my internet just to use help in Photoshop Elements.

I have both PSE 4 and 6 installed, and neither of them go to the web when I use help. They both use the default web
browser to view the local HTML help files. The PSE 6
help is more advanced than 4, and for each help topic it has an option to find that particular page on the web, for possible newer info, I suppose.
