Bit of a new bee

I have found one way on how to install Images to layers, using cut and past but from my searches their are a few more, but did not fully understand them.

These are Digital photo frames and pictures..

Using Elements 6.

Plus any recommended books worth getting..?

You can use Insert/Picture.

Book I use most: Front Page 2003, by Colligan & Cheshire.
