I am a complete novice, so this is probably a dumb question.

I bring in a CRW file from my Canon EOS 10D, and want to run the extract filter. No matter what I do, the Extract menu item (along with many others) is greyed out. How do I invoke it?

Thanks for any help,

Roy.

I’m guessing your file is in 16 bit mode? Many of the filters now work in 16 bit but not all. Convert to 8 bit and see if that works.
