I get this message while I’m trying to create a slide show:

"Adobe Photoshop Elements has encountered a problem and needs to close. Error code: c0000005
Adress: 60cbb2af"

Does anyone know why this is happening?

What did you do within the slideshow creation process immediately before you received this message?

I have received the same error code if I attempted to import the WMV file (that is the slideshow) to the Organizer. However, the WMV file was on my hard drive and played ok.
