How to Overlay a logo and have it follow the contour of a Mountain???

I have a photo of some cliffs in Hawaii and I want to overlay our unit patch and have it blend with the mountains contour. I have had limited success using the blending modes and playing with the opacity. But I am interested in a more professional look. I am working in CS2.

Any help is appreciated
