I am probably going to purchase Elements 3.0.
First I want to know, what features are lost if I upgrade from
2.0 to 3.0?
Second, do I have to take 2.0 out of my computer to use 3.0? Thank you,
Grandpa Tom

The UI is a bit different, but you will not lose any significant functionality. The only thing that comes to mind is th ehandling of picture packages and contact sheets is different.

No reason not to leave PSE 2 installed – lots of people like to do that. [It just needs some care if you do decide to uninstall it later.]

I only have 1.0 and 3.0 so I can’t answer your first question but the answer to the second is that all versions of PE coexist happily. I still have my 1.0 installed. The only problem that will occur is if you are on a Windows machine and uninstall 2.0 later you will loose Adobe Gamma unless you uninstall and reinstall 3.0.

The Web gallery facility is changed too.
