Windows Vista 32bit, Photoshop CS3, Lightroom 1.1
When I try to export from lightroom Photoshop will not open. I have to open manually using "open as administrator". Once open Lightroom still cannot send a file to Photoshop it applies Lightroom changes and saves as a Tiff.
Because Photoshop has to opened by administrator other applications cannot open Photoshop as their external editor.
I have reinstalled both programs to no effect
