I cannot find anywhere on Adobe’s web site that states whether Photoshop CS version 8.0 works with Windows Vista Ultimate 32 bit.
Can anyone here verify either way?

That is because Adobe does not claim to support PS in Vista. Some people have successfully used it and some it has failed. Try and take your chances. Best of Luck. BTW I have PS CS3 extended version working fine in Vista Ultimate.
