Problem cropping pano in PS CS

Will appreciate help learning how to crop top and bottom of 7 image pano in PS CS. After doing the Automate Photomerge, when I try to crop the top and bottom of the assembled pano to make them straight, the Crop tool will not crop anything but the first image. I’ve gotta be missing something somewhere.

Never mind. Solved the problem. Front Image was not selected. Small detail! Big difference!
