Photoshop CS3 saving files in WAMP directory = Error

Whenever I try to navigate to my wamp directory (not wamp/www – I can’t get there) within Photoshop CS3 to save or save for web it hangs a while then ends up in "Adobe Stock Photos". This never happened in previous versions.
