I wish to purchase a Photoshop product, so that I can open up Tiff and Pict photos which are saved on CDs onto my Windows XP laptop. Thats all… nothing fancy.

Which is the most cost effective Photoshop product to purchase?

But what do you want to DO with them?

If all you want is viewing them on your computer, may I suggest Irfanview?

If you want basic photo editing tools, THen Photoshop Elements is probably what you want
