HI guys….

Here’s a question.. does Elements have a setting where I can view images on file by Thumbnail… My files are getting quite large as I am sure everyone here can relate to. What I am doing now (and can become very much a pain) is viewing my images in my Nikon (and for the record mine is not hateful.. ;))which shows all the images in the file as a thumbnail recording the file number then going to Elements to edit.. It would be nice to be able to have something similar in Elements…

David,

PSE has a thumbnail-viewing ability built into the File Browser window.

I only know of 5 ways to open the window…

1. Window > File Browser.
2. Click the Browse icon (looks like a folder with a magnifying glass) on the Shortcut bar.
3. Press the F5 key. (works on a PC… Mac – ?? )
4. Hold SHIFT and double-click the PSE background. (works on a PC… Mac – ?? )
5. If you have docked the window to the Palette Well, click it’s tab there.

For all I know, there may be a sixth way… anyone?

Okie Doakie… Thanks James, Beth and Byron… I figured there was a way of doing this…. I kept searching for it in HELP, couldn’t find anything… and the Elements pack that came with my Nikon didn’t come with an "ELEMENTS 4 DUMMIES".. 😀

Since we have no idea what the Nikon viewer does, ‘browse’ (which displays thumbnails with file name, and info on mouse-over) is the best we can suggest.
