How do you limit the colors in the picture? I tried using the filter cutout or something but not too sure how it works, any help?

Ok im making a shirt but i can only have 3 colors on it so i have a picture and i want to optimize the picture so that it only has 3 colors, is there any way to do that?

I wonder if you could approximate what you seek by putting your image into Indexed Color mode, and then using a custom palette with only three colors? I think you actually must assign a minimum of 9 colors, but you could set the un-used colors to black or white or whatever your shirt material’s color will be.
