Coloring vector lines

This may be a redundant question, but is there a way to make vector lines, handles and anchor points a color other than the default? When working with files of midrange tone or low contrast, it’s sometimes next to impossible to see what you’re doing when outlining items.

Any help would be appreciated…thanks
