Hi,
I’m trying to write an action to drop guides around any random selection within a document. This seems even more intractable to me than my first actions for guides question which Ed Hannigan kindly nailed within hours.
Ed if you are there, anything?

I doubt that’s possible with an action. Scripting maybe.
