Accessing Tutorials via aol

I keep trying to get to the tutorials mentioned in the manual using aol and keep getting a message that files too large to be supported by aol. How the heck can I learn this thing? The Adbe site sure does it’s best to keep you from sending e-mail questions. Any help appreciated. Thanks

Patricia, it may be time to shop around for another Internet service provider….

Patricia, try using another browser like IE (windows) or Safari (mac.) Even though you are connected via aol, you don’t have to put up with the limitations of their browser. With adobe it may work or not, but it’s worth a try.

Also, the tutorials mentioned in the manual are not online, but on your computer. The aol browser won’t open them, though.
