CS Help menu launches GoLive instead

Mac OS 10.4 running CS (not 2), Illustrator and PhotoShop menus won’t open HELP without launching GoLive. I can get there by launching MS IE (and Opera) from GoLive, but what an annoyance!

In the Info Panel: Change "Open With" to "Safari" and then click the "Change All" button.
