WHEN WORKING IN OSX 10.2.8 THE MAIN MENU BAR ACROSS THE
TOP OF THE PAGE IS EMPTY! WHEN I SWITCH TO 0S 9.2 IT IS FINE. HOW DO I FIX THIS SO I CAN WORK FREELY IN OSX 10.2.8

When did you last Repair Permissions or run other OS X utilities? This sounds more like a system issue than software.

(And please don’t yell at us! We’re really very nice people!)

Are you using PE 1 in classic by any chance, Roberta? If so, you need to launch classic first, then PE. That will usually solve it.
