I did a animation yesterday and it worked great. Now, when I add a frame or try and change a frame, all the frames change to the one i’m pasting.

what am I doing wrong?

Did you possibly enable Unify Layer Position in the Layers Palette? It’s one of the little icons on the right at the top just under the Opacity setting. This sets the position on every animated item to a single location as defined normally by the position of the element in the frame you have selected.
