all of a sudden I cannot create vector graphics in photoshop, nor can I view vectors I had previously made correctly. Everything looks bitmappy once i zoom in a little bit. The strange thing is that this problem is happening on CS on an intel macbook pro with 1g of ram and my PC running winxp and cs2. The paths i create are fine but the actual color is jaggy, not resolution independent like it should be. Any ideas as to what could be causing this?

Hmm…

I read too quickly, and I saw only PC and "winxp". Missed the "Intel MacBook Pro". This is why capitalization helps the reader.

That said, in that case then, umm…I have no idea.
