Export animation blues

I’ve got a layered doc in Imageready (CS2 OSX) using the animation palette I’ve made three frames, I now want to save an ANIMATED gif, NOT 3 single gifs, I can’t work out how to do it though, I’ve tried ‘save as’, ‘export’ etc

But I simply cannot find out how to make an animated gif, i’m sure it’s probably something simple I’m missing. Can anyone help?
