PHOTOSHOP CS WON’T LAUNCH!!!

Hi All,
I have recently upgraded to Panther and Photoshop CS but when I installed CS and hit the application icon it looked like it was about to launch but nothing happened!! I have tried re-installing but still no joy,
any clues anyone?……..please

Try changing your time zone then changing it back again. And if you are in the UK, do NOT choose GMT but choose a city near you instead.
