adobe Gamma not working

I have recently had a system upgrade including a new graphics card ATI Radeon9550 and new monitor. Problem is, I can open adobe gamma but moving the sliders doesn’t change the monitor at all. Is something over-riding adobe gamma?
It is not in the startup menu. How do I put it there if needed.? Thanks

I had that problem with earlier ATI drivers, but later drivers fixed it … Try the latest drivers from ATI’s website.
