Adobe Online Update Error

When going to update PSE I get error message: <http://cgi…tform=ODLLVer2.8.3.3AOMVer=2.8.3.3>
An unknown internet error occurred.
My laptop on the same broadband connection doesn’t have any problem. Running Win 98 SE. Are these updates worth the search of correcting this ?

I might have answered this somewhere else. There are no real updates for Elements. There were a couple sitting there the last time I looked, but neither were needed. (I never could figure that out.) Go to Edit>Preferences>Adobe Online and set the frequency to Never. You’ll never miss a thing except that error message. 🙂
