Need Help! can’t figure out how to group with previous in CS

In 7 I could use new adjustment layer "group with previous" to group an adjustment layer with the layer underneath it. I can’t figure out how to do it in CS

Option Click on the line between the two layers in the Layer Palette;

or hold down the Option key when creating a new layer and check: "Use Previous Layer to Create Clipping Mask.
