Printing 11×17 on HP DeskJet 5000 printer

I’m working in Elements, have pictures/files that I need to print on 11×17. I’m using an HP DeskJet 5000 printer. When I go to print, I only get the first 3 inches of the image and the rest is blank. I have the latest driver installed, I can print from other programs fine, I’ve tried several different files.

Any ideas?
