Issue With MaxiVista and Photoshop CS2

I recently loaded Adobe Photoshop CS2 on to my PC (Dell 650 Workstation) and using the secondary display on Laptop Dell Inspiron 8200. The problem is I can’t view my picture I am trying to edit on the Workstation any longer when I am using MaxiVista Software. It still works fine on Photoshop CS. Does anyone know what is causing this problem and how I fix it so I can use CS2 with MaxiVista.

You probably need to ask the makers of MaxiVista.

I did post a message on MaxiVista and just received a reply. The trick is to start the MaxiVista software before you open PhotoShop CS2 application.
