Can someone tell me if it is possible to apply auto adjustments to muliple photos and if so, how this is done. Im new to photoshop CS but assume this can be done through the batch feature.

I scan about 200-300 photos at a time and have been using the photo restoration feature provided by my scanner. Photoshop does a much better job with the auto colors and will save me time.

Thanks.

Take a sample photo.
Turn on action (invent a unique name and start to record) Perform your desired effects on the one file.
Stop recording.
Then File>automate>batch
– pick your files (directory?) and mak a different destination directory unless you foolishly want to degrade and overwrite your original images.

Auto contrast and auto color seem to be better than auto-levels, BTW -Mike
