I am working on some car shots, where the car was shot still, and I want to make the wheels look like they are spinning. The problem is that the car was shot at about a 45 degree angle and he front wheel is turned towards me, so using radial blur does not really give me what I am looking for, since it only operates on a flat surface. Is there any plug ins that would allow you to adjust the perspective of the radial blur? I can get close by cheating it, but there has to be a better way?

Steve,

Radial Blur works just fine. All you have to do is select the wheel, float it to a new layer, transform it so it’s as close to round as you can get it, apply your radial blur and then squash it back into it’s original shape. Do it all the time.
