Hello,
I have a layer and on it I want to punch a hole that will have a graphic on a layer under it.I want to see the graphic below through the hole. Can anyone assist with this please?

in your layers palette, move the layer above the one to be behind it select the layer in question, draw your "hole" with the ellipse marquee, and delete

man where do you people come from!!! use the marquee tool to create a circle on the layer you want to cut out and the press down gently on the delete key on your keyboard. place a layer underneth that layer with a graphic on it and walaaa you did it.
