I have a friend with XP and Photoshop Starter. He has his pictures as thumbnails but evidently the original jpg’s were not copied to his hard drive. Is there any way to save a thumbnail as a jpg so at least he’ll have that copy?

Thanks
Paul

Yikes, that is a tough one. Since the files are lost, the only way is to maybe do a screen capture of the open file in Thumbnail view. Open the screen shot in Photoshop starter and crop to the thumbnails and save as Jpeg. This is
the only way I have ever done it if I don’t have the original files. You can find PRT SCR on your keyboard if using
a PC. Once you do the PRT SCR, just use CTRL+V to paste the images.
