Where is transform numerically?

used to be under edit. I know transform selection is in top tool bar. Running pshop 6.0.1 os 9.2. Also, where is transform 3d?

Make your selection. Under Edit menu, go to Free Transform. You will see the bar at the top of your screen change into a numerical mode.
