best way to correct red faces

I have several head and shoulders mugs shot that look fine, except all of the faces are too red. What is the easiest way to correct this and create a more natural looking facial tones.

By adjusting Levels (Image > Adjustments > Levels…), you can specify the red channel only — look in the Channel listbox — and slide around the middle arrow below that to reduce specifically red tones. Curves works similarly (again, specifying the red channel only). Incidentally, both methods are great for removing camera flash "red eye," used in combination with a feathered, elliptical marquee.

Also, if you have CS and get the color the way you want on one photo, you can use it as a source for the "Match Color" command to get it about right on the others.

I use the "Selective Color" adjustment layer to correct for a specific color (version 7). That way you won’t change the tone of any other colors.

if the red is in all your shots your monitor profile maybe shot, recalibrate the monitor.

Or from Hue/Saturation (CTRL+U) select red and reduce the saturation
