This would be very difficult. You would need to get a photo of yourself in the same pose, with the same lighting, and the same quality. Even then you will have problems if your face is not the same shape as the actor in the makeup.

I think I can do that but how which would be best to blend my face in with the pic the best. I usually use the lasso and clone tools. Are there any better ones?

Assuming you have a satisfactory image of yourself which fits the criteria Don mentioned, put it on a layer beneath the actor, then progressively erase the actor layer with a soft brush to reveal yourself underneath.

You could probably do it better with layer masks but that is more complicated.

Start with as similar (lighting, pose, etc., as has been mentioned) a shot of you vs the model, as you can.

Bring in your facial shot, as a new Layer. Set its Opacity to less than 100%, to see what’s going on. When you are satisfied with the Trnasformation, set the Opacity back to 100%. Use the Free Transform, to get it to as similar a shape/size, as is possible. Add a Layer Mask to your face’s Layer, and start "painting" in/away the Mask. This will be non-destructive, as you will only be painting on the Mask. The Lasso will get you started, but you’ll need to work on the edges of the Mask, to make it look realistic. Magnification and a small, soft-edged Brush, will be your friends.
