Not able to copy and paste

for some reason adobe is not letting me copy and paste. I wanted to copy and image onto an image so I can blend them.

please help,

Are you selecting the area you want to copy first?

Also, you can Drag one image onto another…

And to add yet another possibility to the equation if you’ve not used the menus for your edit/paste command selection…

Are you attempting and yet failing in the use of Ctrl+C (Cut) and Ctrl+V (paste) to do your edits? If so, one cause of such problems are Logitech keyboard drivers needing an update.
