Copying actions to upgrade

I have recently upgraded to CS and would like to copy the actions that I created in v7 into CS. I can not find were they are stored when I go into the Photoshop 7 actions folder.
Can someone help me or do I have to go thru the pain of recreating them?

Have you ever saved your action set(s)? If not, you need to save them and this process will default to your actions folder.
