Should I see XP-like picture preview folder icons in PS CS?

I like the feature of Win XP Explorer where the folder icon shows four example tiny thumbnails of sample pictures in that folder. I don’t get that when navigating My Pictures folders with the PS CS file browser — should I / is it possible?
