My wife recently got a Dell laptop. She has Adobe Photoshop 6.0, a XP operating system and we have a HP 145 printer/fax.
For some reason, she cannot print photos or graphics in color. Whenever she tries to print, it comes out black and white.
When I attach my laptop (Sony Vaio) to the same printer there is no problem. Color prints fine. I also have the XP operating system with Photoshop 6.0.
We got a driver from HP for her and it supposedly downloaded successfully. Yet it still only prints black and white.
Is this a Dell problem? Is this an HP problem?
Any suggestions as to how to fix it?
