Every time I open PS7 with "certain files" it asks me if I want to update the font files….. I immediately say yes, then save the doc. but as soon as I open it again, it asks again.

Any ideas why?

thanks

Because it assumes that the fonts in there are the ones you want so it only makes temporary changes. Check that the fonts in the file are actually ones you have on your hard disk.
