I just installed Photoshop CS on my system running Windows XP Pro. Clicking any link like "Help" or "Update" results in an "Invalid Syntax Error" "page cannot be displayed" in Internet Explorer. Looking at the address bar I see that the correct address is prefixed with: "http://%1%20" For example:
<http://%1%20http> ://softwareupdates.adobe.com/updates/en_US/products/photosho p/windows

What happened and how do I fix it? Any help would be appreciated.
