The installation wizard starts and says that I have previous versions of photoshop and imageready that need to be deleted which I have tried to do. I have deleted it and it still says I need to delete it?? What do you think I should do?? Thanks for the help!

Have NEVER heard that one before.
This a legit Photoshop CS upgrade or full Photoshop CS version or what?

you’re not tying to install in the same folder are you? cs should be installed in it’s own folder. all previous versions stay isolated in their own folders.

it is actually a full PS CS try out that I downloaded. This is going on my computer at work so I am not sure what has been on it before. I have deleted everything I could find and it is still not installing.

You could try searching your computer for all files and folders called adobe and deleting what is found, but only do this if you are confident you know which files are system files and shouldn’t be deleted.
