wen i’m open photoshop it’s loading
and then it stop and sow me an eror messege like this

Try deleting the prefs file by holding ctrl+alt+shift when starting pshop. If that doesn’t work, uninstall and reinstall. If that doesn’t work, um. . .

Contact Adobe technical support. The number is on one of the cards that came with Photoshop.

the first one and the second one doesnwt work

are you SURE you deleted the prefs? did you get a dialog asking you if it was ok to reset your photoshop settings? if not you were too slow and missed it. it took me about 5 tries to catch it right. See this faq topic:
