I need help compressing JPEG images from 1.5+MB to around 150KB. Please let me know what is the best way to do this. I am very new to Photoshop so if you could walk me through the steps. Please email me if you can at

open the image, save as, pick a compression setting that gets you a size of about 150KB.

You can use SaveForWeb, or Save as JPEG.
