Can’t open Photoshop Help

I have photoshop 7.01, and am using windows xp. I can’t open photoshop help, either from the pull down menu or from F1. I have tried re-loading the program, but that doesn’t help. I don’t use aol, and have the most recent versions of IE, MSN explorer, and Netscape. I created a shortcut for the first help html file and that works ok, but I would like to access help directly from the program. Any advice? And thank you in advance.
