Okay, so I take a wallpaper from my Windows/web/wallper directory. I edit in in phtotshop changing noting really noticeable as a test.
Then when I set it as wappaper, it becomes chppy and dithered unless the screen is set to a certain retolusion.
Is there a setting in photoshop CE that I am missing so that the wallper will keep its qualities and not dither.
Also, the "none" or just plain blue wallpaper in windows xp, is that a file somewhere that can be changed as well or do you create your own by way of changing colors and that way it just comes the wallpaper that I want?
Advice is greatly aprecitated,
