NEVER upgrade an operating system

I’ve seen you phrase it like that before. It may be confusing to some folks since the word "upgrade" is thrown around so much.

I would offer the following suggestion(humbly): Never install an upgrade over your existing OS – format and do a fresh install.

Technically, by doing that you are still upgrading your operating system, so I just thought that telling folks not to upgrade might, on occasion, be confusing.
