My product has been registered since November but every now and then, in the middle of doing something, a message will come up telling me that activation cannot be completed because a component is missing; it says to uninstall and reinstall the program, then it shuts the program down.

Anyone have a clue as to what is going on?

Dave

I think that means nobody has a clue here and you need to get in touch with Adobe directly. Certainly should not be happening.
