Hi
1. I used the magic wand to get rid of a backround in one of my images, but you can still see the backround through the object and it is very tough to use the magic want to get rid of these little bits. Is there some way to automatically do this?

2. I see a lot of left to right and vice versa gradiant or fade, is there a top to bottom fade, or what about a top to middle then to bottom with different fades showing depth.

THanks

Probably not. Zoom in and do it manually.

Sure. Read the manual about the gradient tool.
